After a sold-out tour and more than two decades of award-winning jazz, Tingvall Trio is back with new music. The first single “Cruisin’” from their upcoming album PAX will be released on June 20 – a high-energy track that captures the trio's signature blend of catchy melodies and driving rhythms.
Tingvall Trio's new album PAX (out August 1, 2025 on SKIP Records) was recorded in Italy’s renowned ARTE SUONO studio, and it delivers a rare mix of raw energy and delicate emotion – from touching ballads like “A Promise” to dynamic anthems like “Cruisin’.”
The album’s title, PAX, reflects a clear statement from pianist and composer Martin Tingvall: a call for peace in turbulent times. As he puts it: “PAX is meant to inspire reflection, offer calm – and stand as a clear message for peace.”
PAX will be available on CD, digital, LP (180g), and as a limited LP edition including bonus tracks and a special Rhodes version of the TT classic “Hummingbird.”
